These terms govern your use of the Wilson Training Services website at wilsontrainingservices.com. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

This website is operated by Wilson Training Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We are a plant operator training and testing provider, accredited by NPORS and IPAF. You can reach us on 01777 948 490 or at [email protected].

Using this website

You may use this site for your own lawful, personal or business use in connection with our training services. You agree not to:

• use the site or our forms in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to send spam or malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system;
• upload a file through the team enrolment form that contains anything other than the enrolment or training-matrix information requested;
• submit another person's details without their permission.

We may withdraw or suspend access to the site, or remove a submission, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Information on the site

We keep the information on this site as accurate and up to date as we reasonably can, but it is provided for general information only. Course names, availability, content, dates and prices can change, and are confirmed to you in writing when you book. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice, or a guarantee of a particular outcome, card or qualification.

Funding, where mentioned, may be available for eligible candidates only. It is subject to the funding body's eligibility criteria and conditions, which we will explain to you. We cannot guarantee that funding will be available to you.

Bookings and enrolments

Submitting an enquiry or an enrolment form through this site does not create a contract for training. A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it and confirmed the details, dates and price with you. Training and assessment are also subject to the rules of the relevant awarding body and, where applicable, the funding scheme. Separate booking terms and payment terms may apply and will be provided to you.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to Wilson Training Services Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use the content without our permission. Third-party accreditation logos remain the property of their owners.

Links to other websites

Where we link to other websites, such as the CITB or an awarding body, we do so for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content on it. If you are a business user, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Our services themselves are provided under our separate booking terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
